Jakarta Provincial Government prepares Rp 130 billion to improve flats. It is targeted the project would run after Eid ul Fitr.

Jakarta Head Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building, Ika Lestari Adji, said flats to be improved are Marunda, Pinus Elok, Komarudin, Flamboyan, Penjaringan, Sukapura, Tambora, Muara Baru, Tipar Cakung, Cakung Barat, Semper and Pegadungan.
“It uses consolidation auction. Lately, it finishes in December,” she said, Wednesday (6/15).
Auction Process for 150 RPTRAs Begins Next MonthAccording to her, damaged level is vary. The common is toilet and pipe leaking.
“We hope many big companies to participate in the auction. It is aimed to get better result,” she added.
